Farrah is adjusting well to the new home. She has a nice big yard and we plan to get a fence up this spring so that she can really explore the new space on her own. There are many, many, many dogs in the neighborhood. She will not be short on friends. Farrah and I went for a walk on Thursday morning and saw 11 deer in the neighborhood. She stayed by my side and watched them intently.
The baby is still incubating. We are currently a week overdue. The baby is very healthy and I'm feeling great. The doctor is wanting to induce. I'm trying to put it off until 42 weeks. I've been trying to self induce lately. Tonight we had spicy thai food with Luke and Cheryl. This morning Jon, Farrah and I hiked to the top of Enger Tower. We then went up a second time but ran up. I'm pretty impressed with the fact that I am over 9 months pregnant and can run up the stairs at Enger Tower.
Hopefully baby news will be coming soon. Until then, Jon, Farrah and I are enjoying our new home and can't wait for our next addition to show up.
Phenology: Tuesday, April 23- heard and saw a flock of red-wing blackbirds.
